Together, we bring over 40 years of experience in HR and Organisational Development across large corporates, SMEs and public sector organisations in New Zealand and the UK. My experience in New Zealand and the UK as an Employment Relations Consultant and, later, Talent Development Specialist, has given me a deep appreciation for the correlation between employee engagement and business results.
In 2013, I became an accredited Gallup Strengths Coach and began incorporating a strengths approach to leadership development programmes and individual coaching, with outstanding results. I’ve never looked back.

I have over 16 years’ experience in leadership, team development and coaching with my own teams and client businesses.
About 8 years ago I became accredited as a CliftonStrengths coach, initially to coach and develop my team more effectively at Te Ora Hou Ōtautahi. The positive impact I observed in the engagement, culture and performance of my team (and my capability as a leader) convinced me that a strengths-based approach is the best way to maximise potential.
Since then, I’ve been partnering with leadership consultancies as a coach and facilitator, providing workshops across a range of non-government organisations, government departments and business corporations. With a passion for PEOPLE, and a unique indigenous development approach, I thrive in journeying alongside other leaders to support them and their teams to succeed in complex, forever-changing environments.
My belief: When people know who they are and begin to appreciate their unique strengths, they feel more engaged in their work. This brings out their best; they become better people all-round and they go on to positively influence others at work and beyond. Everyone deserves this opportunity.
